Pictures---fun times and good memories...

Recording my first album, The Artist. The lady was a visitor
whose name I don't remember. The rest are, clockwise from left, producer
Joe Huffman, engineer Mike Psanos, publishing guru Randy Cox,
keyboardist Michael W. Smith and yours truly.

Still recording my first album (after playing musical chairs). In line from left are Mike Psanos,
bassist Mike Brignardello, drummer Mark Hammond, guitarist Jon
Goin, some goofy singer wannabe and Michael W. Smith. Unknown at this time is why I look like I have a bandage across my face.

Still recording my first album. Me trying to look like
I know what I'm doing and Michael W. Smith actually knowing what he's doing.
During a break while recording either Note in a Bottle or The Artist. Note
bassist Mike Brignardello's fingerless gloves. Producer Joe Huffman's face
is just barely in frame on the left. Mark Hammond is on the right, being
shy. Yours truly and Smitty are at the keyboards in the rear.

At a Nashville radio station Christmas party. From left to
right are don't know, Rich Mullins, yours truly, Robin Crow, Billy
Sprague, Kim Hill, Jim Weber and Bruce Carroll.

Same party. From left to
right are John Schlitt (Petra), don't know, Rich Mullins, yours truly, Robin Crow and Billy
Sprague.

Same party, out in the foyer. The bored guy on the stairs is Bruce Carroll.
From left to
right on the couch are Jim Weber (preparing to mow the lawn), yours truly (just back from the sweater-factory-explosion sale), Rich Mullins
and Cathy Sprinkle.

Same party, sloshing cider while Rich ponders a new song idea about a donut.

Larry Bryant Band reunion, here visiting The Hermitage in Nashville. Adults,
clockwise from left: Dale Ohmart, Cindy Ohmart, Lesa Bryant, yours truly, Dawn
Moss, Steve Moss.

Larry Bryant Band version 2, enjoying typical high-falootin' cuisine on the
road. From left to right: Lesa Bryant, yours truly, Lisa Whitford, Jeff
Mahan, Gary Ohmart.

At Sony/Tree in Nashville. Left to right: Danny Gaither, yours truly,
Tami Chere Gunden, Ralph Carmichael. We three on the left had recently
signed with Ralph's Light recording label.

Music magazine article, circa 1985. The Gaither
Vocal Band had recently recorded That's When the Angels Rejoice, so Bill was
kind enough to stop by for the party.

At the annual Sony/Tree award brunch, circa 1980. The plaques are
"Golden Tree" awards (for songs charting in the top ten) for Nothin' Improves My
Day and It Was Enough. From left to right: Greg Nelson (who produced both
songs), Joe Huffman, Sony/Tree president Buddy Killen, yours truly, Randy Cox.

With Dan Keen, receiving SESAC (or ASCAP?) airplay award for Solid as the
Rock.

With my very good buddy and college singing mate, David Reynolds.

Ad from Cashbox music magazine, August 8, 1981. What a blessing to
start a writing career with such an incredible group of musicians. Within
a couple of years, Meadowgreen had additionally signed Rich Mullins, Michael W.
Smith, Ronn Huff and Amy Grant. It was the place to be.

"Yellow Day", on summer tour with my cherished college group Impact Brass.
Lesa and I are on the far left (at least I think that's us). You couldn't
ask to be with a higher-quality bunch of people.

Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco with Impact Brass. From left to
right: Beth Benton, Bob Kelly, Dale Ohmart, yours truly, Rod Geiger.

Producing an album for one of my best buddies in Nashville, Rob Grandi,
The guy in the chair is John Conner, who owned the studio.
I'll be posting a "family and friends" batch of pics as soon as I can get
them scanned and ready.
